Anthony Richardson is the Founder & Executive Director of Inside the Lines Training, Inc. (ITL), which was started in 2017 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization. ITL provides academic, leadership, and athletic support to students and student-athletes. Anthony helped start this organization because of his passion for helping students succeed in both the academic and athletic arenas. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice (Cum Laude) from

Kentucky State University, a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching, from Georgetown College. From 2010-2013 he served as an investigative social worker for the State of Kentucky, advocating for the welfare of children. He is currently a certified behavior coach in the Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, KY. In addition, he coaches football for area high schools and serves as the 8th Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for the Kentucky Future Stars program.

Anthony’s interest in helping student athletes stems from personal experience. He started playing football at the age of four, continued playing through college, and reached the professional level. While playing for Kentucky State University, he was recognized for his talent by receiving such honors as All Conference 2007 and 2008 as well as Team Captain and Defensive MVP 2007 and 2008. In addition, he was selected to play in the Division II All American Heritage Bowl. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Anthony played Arena Football for the Montana Outlaws (2008-2009) and the Kentucky Xtreme, where he was the Team Captain and achieved First Team All-Conference 2013-2014.

Anthony understands enabling the success of student athletes requires addressing both their academic & athletic needs. Prior to starting ITL, during his free time he held tutoring and skills development training at no cost. Anthony is married to Danielle, and have two children, Anthony II and Andrew.
