Vice President of Development

Felecia Webb joins the Campaign For Black Male Achievement (CBMA) as Vice President of Development. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growing CBMA’s annual budget, which includes leading the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts. Ms. Webb’s career has focused on ensuring communities of color have an opportunity to live equitable and healthy lives. Prior to CBMA she served as Vice President of Development in the field of HIV/AIDS and community health where she spearheaded launching innovative, and groundbreaking programs to address social determinates of health impacting men, women and youth.

Before her role as Vice President of Development, Ms. Webb worked with Ralph Lauren for twelve years, as a Senior Director serving in diverse roles in development to drive revenue, and achieve strategic priorities through innovative methods. In addition to lead cause-marketing and volunteer initiatives.

Ms. Webb is a born and raised New Yorker with southern roots. A life-long community advocate she is a Coro New York Leadership alum, and has served on the board directors for Girls Inc. Westchester, and Materials for the Arts, a division of the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. 

She holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Parsons – The New School for Design, and a Masters of Public Policy and Administration from New York University.
